The woman, identified only as JC, claimed that she was sexually assaulted by Bob Dylan in 1965 when she was 12 years old. She added that Dylan sexually abused her in her New York apartment for six weeks.

According to the lawsuit, Dylan, who was in his mid-20s at the time, said, “I used my status as a musician to provide alcohol and drugs to JC and sexually assault him several times.” According to the documents submitted by the court, the plaintiff is claiming an unspecified amount of damages and a jury trial.
