“To celebrate the upcoming spooky season, we at FinanceBuzz are really eager to know if a high-budget horror movie is scarier than a low-budget horror movie,” Lilith reads.
“Wearing the Fitbit and monitoring your heart rate while you’re going through a list of 13 movies helps you know if a movie’s budget is affecting its horror.”
Selected entrants must watch the following films from October 9th to 18th. Saw, Amityville Horror, Quiet Place, Quiet Place Part 2, Candyman, Insidious, The Blair Witch Project, Sinister, Get Out, The Purge, Halloween (2018), Paranormal Activity and Annabelle.
FinanceBuzz will be giving new analysts a $1,300 with a Fitbit tracker and a $50 gift card to help cover rental costs for the scare party.
Applications must be submitted by September 26th and FinanceBuzz will select a winner before October 1st.
